Architectural Designer
Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco


As an Architectural Designer in our prestigious firm based in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional architectural plans and designs. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints in order to deliver exceptional designs that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into all projects
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed successfully
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and new materials in order to continuously improve design processes
- Inspect construction sites to ensure designs are being implemented correctly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other professionals involved in the project
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building codes/regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings and plans
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position.

Preferred qualifications:
While experience is not required for this role, we prefer candidates who have some background or training in architecture or a related field. We also welcome applications from men who are passionate about design and architecture.
