Job Title: Restaurant Manager

A busy restaurant in La-Condamine is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee its daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be knowledgeable about all aspects of restaurant management, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and budgeting. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Train and manage staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during busy times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to maximize profits
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
