We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our multinational company in Randers, Denmark. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver projects within budget and on time
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to senior management
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their professional growth and development
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Teamlead or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within budget and on time
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
