Office Assistant
We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Ufa. As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your main responsibilities will include managing office supplies, coordinating appointments and meetings, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies by ordering and restocking as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems for important documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail in a professional manner
- Assist with drafting emails, letters, and other correspondence as needed
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Collaborate with other team members to support the smooth operation of the office
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Experience with biometric passports or contract jobs
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Salary: $1600 per month
