Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, as well as analyzing data and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various techniques such as GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Analyze data collected from surveys and prepare detailed reports
- Create accurate maps and drawings using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for the survey
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to work full-time with visa sponsorship
