As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for our company in Lisbon. Your primary focus will be to ensure the overall functionality and user experience of our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and product managers to create high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop front-end and back-end components of web and mobile applications
- Write clean, well-designed code following best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across all layers of the application
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines
- Continuously research new technologies to improve the development process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS/AngularJS/VueJS, Node.js
- Experience with server-side languages such as Java or Python
- Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
