Heavy Equipment Operator



We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently move earth and materials at various construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
- Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment
- Ensure equipment is maintained and in good working condition
- Operate equipment to move earth, materials, or other objects as directed by the site manager or supervisor
- Use hand signals or radio communication to coordinate movements with other operators and workers on site
- Follow site plans and blueprints to accurately complete tasks
- Communicate any issues or concerns with the site manager or supervisor immediately
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting potential issues
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
