Project Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Randers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
- Anticipate potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Conduct meetings with team members and stakeholders to discuss progress and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage resources efficiently to maximize productivity while staying within budget constraints
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and open communication

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in project management or related field
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience working on construction projects
