Architectural Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in St-Petersburg. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects. You will work closely with clients and other team members to ensure that designs meet their needs and are completed within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project details
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or project stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: St-Petersburg
