Architectural Designer - St-Petersburg, Russia (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a fast-growing architectural design firm based in the beautiful city of St-Petersburg, Russia. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural design and be able to work independently on projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative architectural designs for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
