Online Consultant for E-commerce Business

Our e-commerce business is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Utena. This part-time position offers a salary of 1300$ per month and does not require English language skills.

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns, and providing product recommendations. You will also be responsible for managing online orders, processing returns and exchanges, and assisting with general website maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. This position does not include accommodation or provide visa sponsorship, so candidates must have their own visa to work in Utena.
