IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Manager to join our growing team in Esbjerg, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. As the IT Manager, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that our technology needs are met and that our systems are running efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage the implementation of new information systems and upgrades
- Develop strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of our technology systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Oversee the security of our network and data
- Manage a team of IT professionals, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Collaborate with other department heads to determine technology needs and priorities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions for the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, databases, and security protocols
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies for improving technology systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1200$ per month

This is a full-time position suitable for men. Accommodation is not provided but we offer a free visa and ticket for candidates who do not hold Danish citizenship.
