IT Manager


We are a dynamic and innovative IT company based in Esbjerg, seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology operations of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee the training and development of IT staff
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our company remains competitive

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technology projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving common goals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
- Knowledge of network security protocols, data backup solutions, virtualization technologies, cloud computing, etc.
- Experience working with various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and programming languages (Java, C++, etc.)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, etc.
