Metal Worker


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Metal Worker to join our team in Roskilde. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal products according to specifications. Your duties will include cutting, bending, welding, and shaping metal parts using various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine project requirements
- Operate hand and power tools such as saws, grinders, drills, and welding equipment
- Cut and shape metal using industrial shears, press brakes, or other methods
- Weld metal parts together using various techniques such as MIG or TIG welding
- Measure and mark metal for cutting and shaping accurately
- Inspect finished products for quality control before delivery
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Metal Worker or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Skilled in operating hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and welding metal
- Familiar with different welding techniques (MIG/TIG)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary:
This is a contract position with a starting salary of $900 per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
