Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing merchandising plans to increase sales and profitability
- Support in-store visual merchandising activities, including product placement and displays
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any supply needs to the purchasing team
- Work closely with sales team to understand customer preferences and market trends

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred
- Ability to work without experience
- Basic understanding of retail operations and trends
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Proficient in MS Office

Salary:
Starting salary of 1700$ per month.
