Position: Information Security Analyst (Remish, Africa)

Salary: 1700$ per month

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on our systems and networks to identify potential security risks
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and investigate any potential security breaches
- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in information security to ensure the company's systems are well protected
- Conduct employee training on information security best practices
- Collaborate with other teams to implement security measures in new projects or systems
- Respond to security incidents and provide timely resolution
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in information security analysis or related field
- Proven experience with vulnerability assessment tools, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, anti-virus software, etc.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST, etc.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience working with cloud-based solutions is a plus
