Executive Pastry Chef


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Pastry Chef to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As the Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry department, including menu development, staff management, and ensuring the highest quality of pastries and desserts are served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new pastry menu items that align with the restaurant's concept and vision
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain a well-stocked pastry department
- Train, mentor, and oversee pastry staff to ensure consistency and quality in all desserts served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, adhering to food safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs in creating special menus for events or promotions
- Monitor and control food costs while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of pastries, desserts, and baking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to legally work in Chelyabinsk

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
