Salary: $1700 per month

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Shan, India. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espresso
- Ensure quality control by following the standard recipes and making adjustments when needed
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about products, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including equipment and supplies
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
