Construction Manager


Our growing construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to project completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines
- Communicate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors' work
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and contract documents
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget

Salary: 1100$ per month with free visa and ticket provided.

Location: Faisalabad (open to all genders)
