Construction Manager
The Construction Manager will oversee and manage construction projects in the city of Faisalabad. This includes coordinating and supervising all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction methods and techniques, as well as experience with project management and team leadership. They should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and budget construction projects in Faisalabad
- Oversee the selection of contractors and suppliers for the project
- Monitor progress of construction activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and community members
- Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in construction management or a related role (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Leadership abilities with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during construction projects

Salary: 1500$ per month.
