Job Title: Online English Tutor

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Online English Tutor to join our dynamic team. As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality online English language instruction to students from all over the world. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills in areas such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening through interactive and engaging lessons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one or group online lessons with students of varying ages and proficiency levels
- Creating lesson plans and materials based on the student's needs and learning goals
- Using a variety of teaching methods and techniques to engage students and make learning fun
- Providing timely feedback and assessments on student progress
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Staying up-to-date with current teaching methods and resources

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy with experience in using online platforms for teaching (e.g. Zoom, Skype)
- Patient, flexible, and creative approach to teaching
