Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Os, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability. Your main duties will include managing and training staff, creating work schedules, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, handling customer complaints and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring that all employees adhere to company standards and follow proper procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if needed

Location: Os, (preferably local or willing to relocate)

Salary: $1400 per month
