Job Title: Online Biometric Passport Consultant

As an Online Biometric Passport Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients in obtaining their biometric passports. This is an online position based in Randers, but you will be serving clients from all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat or video call to understand their passport needs and provide tailored solutions
- Guide clients through the process of filling out application forms and submitting required documents
- Assist clients with scheduling biometric appointments and obtaining necessary travel documents
- Stay up-to-date with the latest passport regulations and advise clients accordingly
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the application process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a visa/passport agency or related industry
- Strong knowledge of biometric passport requirements and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for remote work

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
