Industrial Architect


We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and other industrial structures. Your work will involve creating detailed plans and drawings, selecting materials and systems, and coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and structures based on client requirements, budget, and local regulations
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials, systems, and techniques for each project
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to plans and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and innovations in building materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and structural principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
