Online Consultant for International Company in Khanpur

As an Online Consultant for our international company in Khanpur, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. Your main role will be to assist clients with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and social media platforms
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships with clients by understanding their needs
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
