Online Consultant for E-commerce Company in Khanpur

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our e-commerce customers. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and social media. You will also be responsible for monitoring product reviews and feedback, as well as suggesting improvements to our online platform.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is not required, but it is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, plus benefits. Free visa and ticket will also be provided for non-Khanpur citizens.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve product or service issues by investigating the problem and finding the best solution
- Monitor and respond to product reviews and feedback from customers
- Suggest improvements to our online platform based on customer feedback
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent customer service experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus but not required
