Interpreter (Part-Time)
Location: Almada, Portugal


We are currently seeking a skilled interpreter to join our team on a part-time basis in Almada, Portugal. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages. This is an urgent position and accommodations can be provided if needed.

Requirements:
- Proficient in at least two languages, including English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain impartial and unbiased in interpreting
- Strong understanding of cultural differences and sensitivity
- Flexibility to work on short notice or with changing schedules
- Previous interpreting experience is not required but preferred

Responsibilities:
- Interpret conversations accurately and efficiently between individuals who speak different languages
- Maintain confidentiality and remain impartial while interpreting sensitive or personal information
- Ensure cultural nuances are accurately conveyed during interpretation
- Take detailed notes during interpretation sessions for reference if needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication flow during group sessions

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of $900 per month for part-time work. Accommodations can be provided upon request.
