We are searching for a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Kolding. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems in various industries.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for machine learning projects
- Optimize performance of machine learning models through tuning parameters and feature engineering
- Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data mining techniques and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
