Crane Operator - Eldoret, Kenya

We are hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects on construction sites and other locations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure safety and proper functioning
- Lift and move heavy materials or equipment using the crane's controls
- Determine load weight and ensure proper balance before lifting
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or damage to property
- Communicate with other workers on the ground using hand signals or radios
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane to ensure it remains in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator or similar role
- Valid crane operator license/certification from a recognized institution
- Ability to operate different types of cranes efficiently and safely
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for operating cranes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
