Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Faro. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with daily office operations. This includes managing emails and phone calls, organizing and maintaining files and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, including accommodation. We offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for the right candidate. This is an urgent job opportunity, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you!
