Office Assistant in Faro, Portugal


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Faro. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail are essential for this role. The ability to speak Portuguese is preferred but not required. This is an urgent job opportunity, so candidates must be available to start immediately. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
