Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxurious hotel in El-Ain, Egypt. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in promoting the hotel's services, facilities, and packages to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients
- Negotiate contracts with clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the hotel's services
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. Please note that this position is open for Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
