Floral Assistant

Our floral shop in Os is seeking a part-time Floral Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for flowers and a desire to learn more about the art of floristry. As a Floral Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced florists to create beautiful arrangements and provide exceptional customer service. This position is open to both men and women, and we are happy to offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and knowledge of different flower types
- Previous experience in a floral shop or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced florists
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the creation of floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and holidays
- Greeting customers and providing them with guidance on flower selection
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies when needed
- Cleaning and organizing work areas to ensure a safe and presentable space for customers
- Assisting with deliveries as needed
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns customers may have

Salary: Starting at $900 per month, with potential for increase based on performance.
