Office Manager


We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Horsens. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
- Maintaining company records and databases
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Overseeing administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
