IT Support Specialist
Our company in Izhevsk is seeking an experienced and qualified IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance to our clients and employees. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, maintaining network systems, and providing training to users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees via phone, email or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems
- Set up new equipment including computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain network systems including servers, routers, switches, etc.
- Train users on how to use new equipment or software
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth functioning of systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Salary: 1800$ per month
