Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Set up new user accounts and permissions
- Train users on new systems or applications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 USD per month.
