Office Manager - Indian National (Abu Dhabi)
We are currently hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. You will also oversee administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining office supplies, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming communication, including emails and phone calls
- Process invoices and maintain financial records
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary: AED 1400 per month
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension. Candidates must have their own visa. Only Indian nationals currently residing in Abu Dhabi will be considered for this position.
