Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and ordering supplies
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintain records of expenses and budget for office supplies
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Biometric passport preferred
- Must be eligible to work in Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1300$ per month
