Gardener for a Landscaping Company in Bergen, Norway


We are a well-established landscaping company based in Bergen, Norway and we are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, watering, weeding, and pruning.
- Plant new flowers, trees, and shrubs according to client preferences.
- Design and implement new landscaping projects.
- Monitor the health of plants and identify any pest or disease issues.
- Keep outdoor spaces clean and tidy.
- Create decorative displays using plants and other materials.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Gardener or in a similar role.
- Expert knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs.
- Experience with landscaping design and implementation is preferred.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
