Radio Technician

We are seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Alta, Norway. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. The ideal candidate will have experience in radio technology and will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of radio equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance on radio equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with radio equipment
- Install new radio equipment following technical specifications
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radio technology and implement changes accordingly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various types of radio equipment and their functions
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Electronics or related field
- Experience working with different brands of radios such as Motorola, Kenwood, Icom, etc.
- Fluent in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language
