Personal Trainer - Contract Position (Monte-Carlo)



We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team in Monte-Carlo on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience in the field, as we will provide thorough training and support. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing personalized workout plans for clients based on their fitness goals and abilities. You will also be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, providing nutritional advice, and tracking progress.

Requirements:
- Passion for health and fitness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Knowledge of exercise science and nutrition
- Certification in personal training preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine client's current physical abilities
- Design personalized workout plans tailored to client's goals and abilities
- Provide nutritional advice and guidance to clients
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to workout plans
- Demonstrate exercises and proper form to clients
- Ensure safety of clients during workouts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service
