Merchandising Coordinator


We are currently hiring for the role of Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Copenhagen. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1500$ per month, and accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the display and promotion of products in our retail stores. Your main duties will include setting up displays, ensuring product availability, and creating visually appealing merchandising layouts.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and an eye for design. You should also have experience in retail or merchandising, as well as knowledge of current trends and customer preferences.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product displays and promotions in retail stores
- Ensure products are well-stocked and available for customers
- Create visually appealing merchandising layouts to attract customers
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to implement effective merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any supply needs to procurement team
- Train sales associates on proper product placement and visual standards
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Maintain records of sales data and track product performance
- Participate in store set-up for new product launches or seasonal changes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and customer preferences
- Ability to create visually appealing displays using design principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Must be able to work efficiently under pressure
