Baker (Contract)



As a Baker, you will use your skills and experience to create delicious baked goods for our customers. You will work on a contract basis, providing your services to our bakery in Aarhus. This is a great opportunity for those who prefer flexible work arrangements, as well as those who have their own visa and do not require accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and desserts
- Measure and combine ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in decorating baked goods
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Food handling certification is a plus
