Baker Assistant (Aarhus, Denmark)


We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Baker Assistant to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Baker Assistant, you will assist our bakers in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Roll out dough and shape into different sizes and forms
- Bake products in ovens and monitor their progress
- Decorate finished products with glazes, icings, or toppings
- Clean and maintain work area, equipment, and utensils
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with an average of 40 hours per week. Our bakery operates early morning shifts starting at 5am.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
