Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel sales and revenue. Your main goal will be to attract and retain guests by providing exceptional customer service and creating effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotelβs services and amenities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experience
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, expenses, and forecasts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
Salary:
As a Full-time Hotel Sales Manager in Esbjerg, you will receive a salary of 1600$ per month.
