Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. As a part-time sales manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue for the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Respond to inquiries and requests for proposals from potential clients
- Conduct sales calls and site inspections to showcase the hotel's offerings
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Participate in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to generate leads
- Generate monthly reports on sales performance and market insights
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule
- Must have own visa status
- Must be legally eligible to work in Esbjerg
