Carpenter (Contract, Horsens)


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team on a contract basis in Horsens. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is a physically demanding job that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan out the project
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut and shape wood, plastic or other materials using hand or power tools
- Join materials together using nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim using carpentry tools
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged parts or fixing structural issues
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Knowledge of different carpentry techniques and tools
- Physical strength and stamina
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Previous experience in construction industry
- Carpentry certification/degree

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
