Architectural Technologist - Kolding, Denmark


As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and planning the construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects and engineers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs of clients while also adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts for new construction projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans and blueprints
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of proposed designs
- Research and stay updated on building codes, regulations, and industry trends
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects
- Work with contractors and subcontractors to ensure plans are accurately executed during construction
- Perform quality control checks on completed projects to ensure compliance with design plans

Requirements:
- Degree in architectural technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about design solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position located in Kolding, Denmark. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Denmark.
