IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our team in Vejle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and networks. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our overall IT infrastructure, as well as managing a team of IT professionals. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, and accommodation will be provided. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the IT department, including hardware, software, networks, and systems
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT infrastructure
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any technology needs or issues
- Create budget proposals for new projects or upgrades
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop policies and procedures for the use of company technology resources

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of network administration, data management, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Experience working with cloud-based systems is preferred
