As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly washed and sanitized. Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment used in the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Empty trash and recycling bins as needed
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and equipment for kitchen staff to use
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of dishes during busy times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have fluency in English
- Malayalee nationality preferred
